Shipping Times
We work with international suppliers and fulfillment partners to offer a wide range of products at competitive prices. As a result, some products are shipped directly from our partners.
Our standard delivery time is 15–30 business days from the date your order has been confirmed and processed.

Split Shipments

Incorrect Shipping Information

Unclaimed Packages
If a package is not collected, refused, or returned to the sender, the customer may be responsible for any return shipping, storage, or reshipping fees incurred.
Lost Packages
A package will not be considered lost until 45 business days have passed from the shipping date. If your order has not arrived within this timeframe, please contact our customer support team for assistance.
